Getting to Fitzroy Crossing
The township of Fitzroy Crossing is 398kms east of Broome (approximately four hours drive); 257km south east of Derby, (approximately two and a half hours drive); 290km south of Halls Creek (approximately 3 hours drive); and 648km from Kununurra (approximately six and a half hours drive).
Access is good all year round, as all main roads are bituminised.
Greyhound Australia run a daily (except Sunday) bus service from both Broome, and Darwin in the Northern Territory.
During the months of December through March the Fitzroy River is prone to flooding, so please check to make sure roads are open and safe before leaving for your destination at these times. Road information is available on the Main Roads of WA website: www.mainroads.wa.gov.au
Getting to the Inn
The Crossing Inn is located on Skuthorp Road, 2kms north-east of the Fitzroy Crossing township (approximately three minutes drive)
We suggest turning left off Great Northern Highway into Forrest Road, taking you through town, and turn right into Sandford Road, the Crossing Inn is directly ahead of of you as you approach the Skuthorp Road intersection.
